I grew up in a super small country town and swore

I grew up in a super small country town and swore I would never live in one as an adult. 😂 I craved the city life - fast paced with a large dose of chaos. I spent over a decade of my early adult life in Atlanta to fulfill that.

Then it was off to Florida, dreaming of raising my barefoot hippie kids on the beach. 🏝️ After almost a decade there, the country was once again calling. Land + privacy + homesteading dreams... so last year, the Universe landed us on our very own little ranch in the great north.

Isn't life funny? We now live in a town even smaller than the one I grew up in! I am so grateful that I took the leaps of faith in moving so many times. I am grateful for the people I've shared space with along the way, the experiences, the exposure to other ways of life and thinking. I am grateful to be doing life on my own little ranch with my amazing kiddos. 💜

Another perk to life up here... I have discovered that I love the rodeo!

My daily practice doesn't look glamorous. 😂 It is filled with kiddos talking, a toddler using me as a jungle gym/horse, and animals laying on my mat. But I have found it to be so magical! After all, finding the calm in the chaos is part of the journey, right?

Honoring the lessons I agreed to learn before I came in this time is never easy. Just when I think it's done, the Universe reveals another layer, another piece to release, another opportunity for growth. Some are joyful and some are brutally painful. I am doing my best to honor the journey and stay present.

I'm excited to be back to my yoga studies and in ceremony with my tribe. Life is beautiful even through the storms. Thanks to all those who continue to love and support me through this earthwalk. 💜
