How much does it cost for shipping?
Shipping rates vary based on size and weight. Local orders can arrange for direct pick up from the shop in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Shipping is billed separately – your invoice will arrive via email. You are not being charged shipping for your order when you process your payment. Once your items are packaged, you will be sent an invoice for shipping to your email (via Square). All orders are shipped USPS. Once your shipping invoice is paid, your package will be shipped to you. This method allows me to provide you with the lowest shipping cost.
When will my order ship?
Processing usually takes 1-3 days. Shipping time is estimated 3-5 days to most places in the United States. I will always do my best to uphold these times but can’t guarantee them. Custom orders may take up to two weeks to ship.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link so that you can track your order.
*If you do a chargeback on your credit card or PayPal account a $35.00 fee will be applied to the amount due. If payment is not remitted promptly you will be sent to collections. No orders will be shipped when account is past due.
Can I return my merchandise?
Due to the nature of the items I sell, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have a problem with your order please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help.
Do you gift wrap?
If you are purchasing an order as a gift, I am happy to ship it directly to your recipient and include a note from you. If you would like this, please note this in the order and include what you would like the note to say. I will not put a copy of the invoice in your package for gifts.

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
What we share with others
We do not share information with third parties.
We accept payments through Square and PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Square and PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
