Blending movements of Yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Animal Flow, GMB Elements, and independently created movements, D.J. SanMarco brings you Animal Yoga-Jutsu Flow. The word \'jutsu\' means \'art\' in Japanese and offers a glimpse into this style of flow.</p><p>This event offers a safe space to:</p><p> Begin on your mat with traditional Yoga to relax + warm up.<br /> Engage in lengthening your limbs + spine using nonlinear methods, off your mat.<br /> Build strength by engaging in movements on the floor using animalistic movements.<br /> Recapture your youth with the freedom to move around on the floor - hop + bound about.<br /> Breathe, move, smile.</p><p>This practice can be accomplished by anyone who can participate in a normal Hatha/Vinyasa Flow practice. Everything will be done at your pace and at your level. You are in control of how you choose to move your body and your comfort level is respected. The only way to feel like a kid again is to move like one.
