When will my order ship?
Custom orders may take up to four to six weeks to ship.


How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link so that you can track your order.


How much does it cost for shipping?
Shipping rates vary based on size and weight. Local orders can arrange for direct pick up.

Can I return my merchandise?
Custom Orders are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. Photos of your product will be sent to you prior to shipment. If they were damaged during shipping, I am happy to repair damages.


How do I mail my return for repair?

To Return by Mail:
Please mail your return in the original package if possible. ALL packages must be PRE-PAID, as I cannot accept COD deliveries. I do not refund the shipping cost for your returns; I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please Be sure to Insure your Package.
I encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by some sort of traceable shipping method. Unfortunately I cannot credit or refund any item that is damaged, lost in shipping or sent COD. Please contact me for the address to mail your return/exchange.
